Been thinking alot about you lately...wish I could laugh and talk with you once more....blessings my friend!
P.S. Thanks for all the good times!

We shall miss you, old friend. I cherish the memories of our times together in high school, seeking our purpose in life, forging our own version of "American Graffiti." Those were good days; and it appears you went on to make a huge difference in many people's lives. God bless you, Phil. We wish you fair winds and following seas on your journey.

So sorry for your family's loss - my deepest condolences to all.

I was a classmate of Phil at Ithaca College and we all enjoyed his friendship, smile and intelligence. I can honestly say most of us would not have graduated without Phil's help. We are very thankful we knew Phil and very saddened by his passing. May God bless our I.C. friend and teammate. Go Bombers!!

Our deepest condolences to Phil's family. We met Phil a few short years ago, and thoroughly enjoyed our friendship~~Sunday Steelers games won't be the same. And, I'll miss our talks about gourmet cooking and swapping recipes.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, may He make His face shine upon you and give you peace. God bless you my friend!

I pray that your family can find peace during this difficult time. Dr. Hultgren was a wonderful teacher and truly seemed to care about his students. I was blessed to have him as a teacher for even this short time.
