Iwan Family, I was so sorry to hear about Phil's passing. I worked with Phil when employed with Norridge PD in 1973. Phil was a great guy and I have many fond memories of our exploides together. I left Norridge to join Chicago PD in 1976 but still had some contact with Phil throughout my 35yrs with CPD. My family & I just heard the news of Phil's passing. He was my Aunt Gerardina Manzi's neighbor. He always helped her out since my uncle passed away with chores.
