Phil and I worked together at NECP and I've known him for about 30 years. I absolutely adored this man! He was kind, thoughtful and a true gentleman. I always enjoyed our conversations. My condolences to his family. He never stopped talking about his wife, the love of his life. They are together again.

Although I haven't seen you in a while, I have so many memories of your kindness and great sense of humor. You were part of the reason that I found UCANE so welcoming.
