Not sure what to say?

My sincere condolences to Barbara, Terri, Elizabeth, family & friends...

I just very recently became aware of Phils passing, I would like to share a few memories of my time with Phil.

I had the pleasure of knowing Phil, and spending many wonderful times with him...We shared a love of maps, motorcycles, music and great adventures.

Phil was a Master of "Plans"...I appreciated that as I never had any, it was something that he always teased me about, he chose to...

I was very sad to hear about Phil's passing. I rode with him with the San Mateo Hog for years. We will miss his warm, quite ways! He was always a gentleman. May he rest in peace.

Tony Mateo and Phil Kamp at work- PALS

I was shocked to hear about Phil's passing. We first met in early 1969 when we started working together in CCTV. We quickly became friends and that summer we took vacation together to Hawaii and had a great time. Phil was Best Man at our wedding and I at his wedding. We spent some great times waterskiing together at Lake Shasta, Clear Lake and other lakes around the Bay area. Phil bought his home in Belmont not too long after we bought ours in Newark and the homes were even similar in...

I am really sad to learn about Phil's passing. I remember many motorcycle rides in which we both participated. He was so nice, so mellow, so accessible. Gosh, this is really sad.

Oh Phil!

Seeing your picture just brought back to us what a terrible loss your passing is - so many happy memories... but so many dreams unfulfilled... so many conversations still to be had... so many, many miles left to ride....

They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them. You were one of those special people, someone we loved from the moment we first met you. Your...

My Protector - My Brother, Phil

Dear Phil,

Thank you for being a wonderful older brother to me. You were kind, considerate and protective. You did many things to help me throughout my life. You always made me feel safe and cared about.

You taught me how to drive a car (in your own car) with a manual transmission, and you were a very patient driving instructor. You picked out my first car for me…a 1955 VW Bug, white with red leather upholstery, a small oval rear window and turn signals that popped out...

Phil Kamp - It is said that "it is not what you take when you go, but what you leave behind". Phil left great memories with me and others... Phil and I participated together in an enthusiast club for motorcycles. During our shared time in club events Phil was Always a kind, supportive, knowledgeable and interesting member. Phil maintained his machine to impeccable standards along with his behavior, and was always a pleasant and interesting soul to speak with. Phil is missed. God bless...
