Phil Jr, Met your father in 1970. He quoted a job at our house. He named our house the Princess. Although he probably lost money on the job, he refused to take more money and stuck to he's quote. He did another small job for us later which he should have done as time and material, but didn't. Again he stuck to his quote and probably lost again. He definitely was a very special person.
