Nancy and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Phil's passing takes him to a rewarding place free of concern and pain. Phil was a school classmate of mine and a personal friend. Most of all I will miss his humor. He lived his life to the fullest, achieved many goals, was a stalwart patriarch to his family and was also a talented artist, even in High School. From this soldier to that sailor, thanks for your service. Char
