Not sure what to say?

Katie and Jenny. I was sad to read of your dads passing. I still think of you both often. I have lots of nice memories of you both from school ( Fairmont and Capital). You and your family are in my prayers at this time. God Bless.

Dear Jo Ella, you and Flip had many sweet years together and raised a great family. Flip´s friends, with special memories, are many. My husband, Bob (Bobby) had great stories to tell, especially the wild raft ride. I remember you both from Boise High. I send much love and caring to you and your family Charlene King

I was VP for University at the U of I from 1990=93 when I had the pleasure of working with Flip. When I would visit with alumni they would ask about Flip. When I returned to the office it was with a handful of business cards who wanted Flip to know that they were thinking of him. He embodied all that was best at the U of Idaho, a university he loved. I will miss him. Harry

Love you Flip! With our two families together, I have such wonderful memories. Thank you for the memories. You will be missed but always in my heart!

Dearest Jo Ella and Family~ My heartfelt condolences on the loss of your husband and Dad. Flip was certainly legendary to the Vandal Family. Sending love across and prayers up. My condolences, Carolyn Behre ( (Chuck and Marilyn´s daughter) Stamford, CT.

What a great man. I worked with him at Bach Photo and Jo may remember me as the Melba sweet corn connection. Bless your family. I'm so sorry for your loss. Bob Smith, Kent Washington

Well, Flip, I guess it is up to you to organize the celestial Friday Morning Breakfast. The rest of us are counting on you. We will be along eventually. Great times in a great era. It was something I always looked forward to - even more for the conversation than for the Nobby eggs and hashbrowns.
