Thank you to the folks and friends below that reached out to share his Phil´s character. He always made friends wherever he was. I can say that I never knew him until the later last chapter in my life. He was always, my "sister´s dad", we are half sis´s but I consider her my full because, we grew up together. Phil was my friend. He was always there for me when I needed to be taken to an appointment or something that I had to have somebody there with me.He was always there. We enjoyed going to bingo on Tuesdays and also Trivia. I could always count on him knowing all of the technological questions. We both liked ollie's. I'm gonna miss him terribly. Phil was my neighbor for the last few years. He was a great friend and person. We had a chance to travel to phoenix for spring training, with his good friend Everett. What a great trip. He will be missed. Good man.

Our deepest sympathy to all of you. We will always remember Phil as such a nice guy. Was good to see him when he and Jeanne came to Dayton several years ago. May he rest in peace
