Phil Krieg was one of the kindest most generous people I ever met.
At Manchester, he was in the room next to mine. He was a sophomore and I was a freshman. He looked out for me and made me feel like I was a part of what was going on. From the first moment I met him to the last time I saw him, Phil was a friend. This world has lost a true great soul. His trials in the last few years are over. May God bless him to the best parts of heaven.

I am so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. We were good friends and went to school together. Played all sports together at Lakeside. Went to North Side and of course he played basketball and I golf. Even as a kid I thought he was one of the nicest friends I knew. He came to a few of our reunions but not the last couple. I knew it was because of his health. Why that had to happen to him I don't understand.
I will always remember him and again I am sorry for your lost.
