Not sure what to say?

There are some people that come into your life and when you think of them years later, you remember what a positive, happy, and giving person he or she was. This how I will think of Phil. Always.

Especially to: Carmela, Joe and Greg

I am the CEO of Ernst Publishing. Phil worked with us from 2004 until his passing. He really enjoyed his work so we encouraged him to continue as best he could during his illness.
He completed his last project, a very important one, in the middle of September. We issued the following note of appreciation to our staff just a few days ago, but we don't know whether he had a chance to read it, so we thought we would share it with you.

“For...

Greg, Carol and Family...Much sympathy and our deepest condolences on the passing of Phil, we know how much he meant to all of you. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

I have been here at The Equinox for a long time, and had the pleasure of seeing Phil's smiling face when he was a Food and Beverage Manager here! We all lost touch with him, and I had no idea he was ill.... Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

please except our deepest condolences. you and your family are in our prayers.

I got such a shock when I saw Phil's notice. I had worked with Phil at First Albany and we were all so delighted when we went to a First Albany event at the Equinox and Phil was managing everything there - It was great to see him so successful in making a big career change and doing something he truly loved. Like everyone else, Phil made me laugh, always had a smile, never a bad word, and was just one of those people who was just nice to be around. He was truly "everyone's friend". I used to...

Offering our deepest sympathies during this time.

To Phil's Family: I met Phil while working at First Albany in the mid-1980s and we became friends almost immediately. We worked long hours together, we camped out in Cape Cod, we flew to Acapulco and we shared a lot of laughs that I will never forget. Phil could make you laugh until your face hurt. He taught me not to take myself so seriously.

Please accept my deepest and most sincere sympathy for your loss.

Phil, I will truly miss you.

Your Friend Always,

Dear Joe, Diane, and children,
May God's peace that surpasses all understanding be with you and your loved ones during this difficult time. You will be in my prayers.
