I am so sorry to hear that Phil passed away. Phil was my boss when I was a staff training specialist and project manager for the Sacramento City School District. I just adored him. He was funny, compassionate, endearing and a wonderful man to work for. Love to Mary during this difficult time.

I appreciated working with Phil in his role as music supervisor in Sacramento City Unified School District. His work as an advocate for quality music education for students will not be forgotten. Sending prayers to God for peace and comfort for his family.

My condolences to Phil's family. He was our music supervisor in Sac City Unified for a short time. We always appreciated how he looked out for us and worked with us to keep the music program going. A big "Thanks Phil!"

I am so very sorry to hear of Phil's passing and would like to send my prayers and love to the family. I will forever hold my memories of the family reunions in Sacramento dear to my heart as I remember all the fun times we had as a family and with Phil's passing they are even more special. love to all and forever missed here on earth but in our hearts forever.
