Phil was active in the old computer club in the MSDOS days. He was so pleasant and easy-going, always a joy talking to him. I saw him in recent years at the Moose Lodge car shows on Thursdays, and I will miss that. To Phil's family, please accept my condolences and sympathies on his passing.
