Not sure what to say?

Ginny, it makes Pam and I very sad to hear that Phil has passed away. He was not only the best boss you could have, but you both became great friends, too. Phil was my first boss at North Pacific, hiring me soon after I graduated from college in 1964. He became a special mentor to me, teaching me not only about insurance thru the years but also the real importance of being a professional in your career. How lucky can one be to have your boss be a good friend, too. Ginny, we are sorry we...

Ginny, I need to say I am saddened to hear of Phil's passing. You both, I felt and respected our working relationship and beyond that our friendship. He was a fantastic person and will be missed dearly. His influence on the shaping of the then Oregon Political environment and his continued dedication to the citizens of our state are second to none! He will be missed! Bill Prows

Single Memorial Tree

I met Phil for the first time through his nephew Don Clark when we were both students at Franklin High School. He once loaned his Dodge convertible to Don when were were double dating. Phil was kind, considerate and very likeable. Heartfelt condolences to his saddened family members. They have good reason to be proud of Phil whose life story is one of service and high achievement.

Jenny we are so sorry for Phil is no longer with you. He was such an amazing person and you two were so awesome together. It was always so awesome being in your company. He will be missed.

I served in the legislature with Phil Lang and respected and liked him very much. My condolences to Ginny and the rest of the family.
