Phil has always been the hilarious soft spoken jokester & gamer. We always had such a fantastic time loosing our quarters to him. Phil was always a Very Positive person ! Very caring of others. He & Joanie always Loved entertaining, being the Gardening King along with his Wife Joanie. He´s missed by sooo many of his family & acquaintances.
