Not sure what to say?

During his time as Pastor of St Joseph´s he brought stability and happiness to the parish. A great Priest! RIP Father Phil

Although we moved from Lincoln Park every time we return and pass the church we remember Father Phil. Rest in Peace

Rest in Peace Father Phil!

It’s been 6 years since Father Phil’s passing but he is always in our minds.
He definitely made a lasting impression on everyone he met.
May he Rest In Peace knowing that he was a “great priest.”

I had the privilege of teaching Father Phil at St. Mary's Seminary and University. During that time we became good friends and he did his pastoral year at our parish, St. Vincent de Paul, Baltimore. Our dear pastor, Fr. Dick Lawrence informed today, that Phil went home to God in August. I wrote him at Christmas and just though he was too busy. He touched my life with his gentleness, wisdom and spirituality. My prayers to his family and friends. Father Phil was special.

So sorry to hear of Phil's passing. Phil and I were classmates at St. Mary's Seminary and he had visited with me in Northern Maine. He was a gentle and kind soul. May he rest in peace

Just learned of Father Phil's passing. He was instrumental in aiding parishoners in their time of mourning. My extended love and prayers to his family. Rest in peace, Father.
