Susan I am so sorry to hear about Dr. Levine's death. He was such a great guy and had a tremendous love for his dogs and man kind. He was a gift to all who knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Susan, I am so sorry to hear of Dr. Levine's passing. He was much more than a client for over 30 years. He was a friend and always made me laugh whenever we talked. He was a very special, talented person and will be missed very much!

Phil Levine was an outstanding teacher and speaker for many different branches of dentistry. He endeavored to put together a first responder team in the 1980's to give families closure when loved ones were lost. He will be greatly missed by many

Dr. Levine was an interesting man, dedicated to his profession and eager to share his knowledge. I so enjoyed the years he brought his forensic conference to Pensacola.
