I met Philip (& his brother Jack) while working at my very first oil & gas job at Christico Petroleum. When that job ended, I would see him occasionally at various industry events & functions. He was such a nice person and always had a smile on his face. My deepest and most heartfelt condolences to Mary Stephanie, Walker and the Locke family.

His LOVE of the Lord gave him the comfort he needed to face his last battle with peace and Grace. I know that he was welcomed with loving arms! Sending LOTS...
