Philip was a wonderful guy. I didn´t know him well but he was always kind and enjoyable to be around. I was very please he and his wife had a son. That was news to me. I send my blessings to the entire Locke family. I know Philip will be greatly missed. My sincere condolences. Duke Dresser

I met Philip (& his brother Jack) while working at my very first oil & gas job at Christico Petroleum. When that job ended, I would see him occasionally at various industry events & functions. He was such a nice person and always had a smile on his face. My deepest and most heartfelt condolences to Mary Stephanie, Walker and the Locke family.

Such a DEVASTATING LOSS!! LOVED, LOVED, LOVED Philip and never saw him without that BEAMING SMILE! Philip ALWAYS brightened wherever he was and always spoke kind, positive words.
