Philip Scott Long

It´s been 8 years. Still, not a day goes by without thinking about Phil. He was practically a second father to me. Though he wasn´t able to be here to see the woman I am today, I truly hope he knows that I´ve followed everything he encouraged me to do. Phil was a kind heart, a shoulder to cry on, and a motivator unlike any other. Wherever he is, I truly hope he´s doing everything he loves, and I hope he knows how much of an impact he´s made on many people including myself.

I am saddened to hear of Phil's passing. Phil played on a hockey team I coached. Great kid, worked hard, and loved the game. RIP Phil, too young too soon.

I just learned of Phil's passing myself. I knew Phil and high school and the terms *kind and generous* are accurate. Rest in peace Phil.

I just became aware of Philip's passing and am truly saddened. I played hockey with Phil for many years and he was always a kind, caring and generous guy. I have fond memories of growing up together and I pray for him and his family.

Wow, I was just shocked to see this. Our families have known each other since our Dads' were friends at Cheyenne all those years ago, though we lost touch with the passage of time. Phil, you were a hell of a hockey player and and an all-around good guy. RIP, I know you are playing hockey wherever you are. Prayers to your family and friends.

What a beautiful child you were. We were blessed to of had you in our lives. Rest in peace dear Philip.
