I'll never forget how you helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. You were a wonderful, good-hearted person, and one of the best professors I had ever encountered while attending Radford University. Your lectures inspired me, and our conversations were irreplaceable. I shall miss those, your caring eyes,and your bright, make-anyone-smile smile! You shall hold a special place in my heart forever.

My daughter Karlee was student of Dr. Luck's. She was so impressed with him and his teaching. So many stories she told me about class, that touched her life. She will be a better person having known him. My thoughts and prayers go to all of you during your loss.

Luck Family - Phil touched my life in so many ways and for that I shall always love him and hold him close to my heart forever. The loss of this fantastic person is greatly felt by many.
