Philip David Magnotti

Phil will always have a fond place in my heart and memories. As a young and inexperienced fellow new to the wines and spirits business in 1985, The company we worked for moved me to Chicago to work under Phil. Phil taught me the wine and spirits business, exposed me to Italian culture and gave me a life-long love of Italian food. He was a great person and made a significant impact on my life and many others. God bless the Magnotti family.

Phil was a wonderful boss (who always called me his an associate in front of customers) from '92-'95. I learned much in business, but more as a human being.

I am so happy to have had the pleasure to meet Phil Sr. at the annual Father & Son golf outing in SC and to have heard his stories first hand. The memories are many and his attitude always positive. Neither he or his son Phil Jr. ever hit a bad shot according to Phil Sr. He understood why we were there. My heart goes out to the entire Magnotti family.
