Phil Manoogian was a loving husband, father and father-in-law, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and godfather, and he devoted his professional life to education. Dear Manoogian Family,

On behalf of the entire Adair family, please accept our most sincere condolences during this period in your lives. As you probably recall, we were your "right across the street" neighbors during the 1970's. Phil and my dad used to get together in the evenings or after work and do a little "shop talk" - as both of them worked for FUSD. Remembering Phil, Teddy as we called him, and his brother Charles. My Father Arthur and Phil Sr. were brothers and for a few years we lived on the same ranch, so I have a lot of fun memories with the Manoogian boys. There was a small irragation ditch between our two houses and when we children had been naughty we were not allowed to cross the little bridge to see each other. Those were the good old days which will remain with me always.
