Philip passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2019. Dr. Phil's Family will welcome & receive visitors to the St. James Funeral Home, 829 Middle Country Road, Route 25, Saint James on Wednesday, October 2nd, 2019 from 7-9 P.M. Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. Dr. Mantia's Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday, October 4th, 2019 at 11 A.M. at Saints Philip & James RC Church, Clinton Avenue, Saint James with his interment following in his Family Plot at Saint James Episcopal Cemetery, North Country Road, Saint James. Dr. Phil has taken care if me and my wife since 1984. He has been more than a doctor but a true friend to our family. We will miss him.
