Not sure what to say?

Dear Martocci Family, I am sorry to hear about the passing of Phil. I remember him well from high school. We ran track together and were both on the 2 mile relay team. Seems like yesterday that I was passing the baton off to him and watching him run. I can still see him singing "Hotel California" on the bus over to Lafayette College to train for districts. He was a very nice guy and a great competitor. He will surely be missed.

To the Martocci family, So saddened to hear the news of Phil's passing. May he rest in peace. He was such a fun and inclusive, warm hearted person. I enjoyed hearing about his world wide traveling adventures. Truly one of a kind.

Single Memorial Tree

Phil was a great friend and fraternity brother during our times at E Stroudsburg and Phi Sigma Kappa. We shared a love for bicycling and outdoor adventures. My deepest sympathies, and hope for peace and understanding

We are saddened to hear about Philip. Our hearts are breaking and we send condolences and prayers for the Martocci family. Love Dorothy Ganssle and family.

My heart feels so broken for your loss. Know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I was also his interim Head Football Coach during his senior year, the 1980 season. Phil was, pound for pound, among the toughtest kids I coached over a 10 year coaching career. Great kid, hard worker. I can still seeing him scoring on a long td - 50 or 60 yards - against Salisbury Twp. Ironically, I was also a Phi Sigma Kappa brother at East Stroudsburg...
