I am so saddened to read this news this morning. Uncle Phil was a wonderful friend to my parents and to our family. I remember since I was young and saw him a my doctor, I could confide in him and he would understand how I felt. It was always nice to speak with Uncle Phil on the phone since we have moved to FL.
