To say that we lost a great man with Phil is truly an understatement. I regret that I knew him for such a short time, but in that time his brilliant energy, intellect, and consideration of others profoundly influenced me.

My friend from age 14 , a remarkable man , self made , a brilliant student , successful in all aspects of a full life , a joy to be with but you had to be at your best to keep up with this dynamic personality and it be best to have a sense of humor as Phils was the best .
