Philip K. McCarthy

I was fortunate enough to know Phil thru the many years he officiated football games with me. As an official he was the kind of guy you liked working with. For him, it was doing the job and providing the players the fair and fun game they wanted. Phil was the kind of guy who added to your crew. He knew the game, his coverages, and he had both his sense of responsibility AND his great sense of humor. My memories of this great guy are wonderful. My sincere condolences to his family.
