Philip R Miner

Mr Philip was an inspiration to me ever since I met him in an interview at FDOT. He encouraged me to do my best during my career and through life. I’m looking forward to seeing him in glory one sweet day! I miss you Mr Philip but I’ll see ya later!

Sadden to hear of the passing of Phillip. Jerold worked with him a DOT for many years. He was a good christian man who loved his family. Bill and Phoebe we are so sorry for your loss. RIP.
