Uncle Phil was such an easy and fun person to be around.
Some of my earliest memories are of him at Grandma and Grandpa's watching the Chiefs and him yelling "encouragement" at Lenny Dawson.
Such an affable and kind person~ he will be greatly missed.
I know he was always so proud of you, Marlo and Sam, and your beautiful families.
