Not sure what to say?

Our deepest sympathy and condolences to the Neff family.

I was shocked to learn yesterday of Phil's passing! Too many stories, to many years and too many times on the old railroad tracks to remember all the fun, from Cub Scouts on up! Best I could do upon learning was let other ol' Westbrookers know! Sympathies to you both, Lisa and Bobby!

Lisa and Bobby, my condolences. Phil was very special...I met up with him in Ft Lauderdale a while ago...he was enjoying some good shark fishing...first I heard of eating smoked shark.
Best regards

We both have many happy memories of time shared with Phil and will never forget his winning smile and sense of humor. We'll miss him.

Lisa and Bobby, My heart goes out to you. Phil was an amazing person. I cherish all the time we spent together and his memory will always be with me and I know with you as well. I have enjoyed reconnecting with the two of you over the past 6 years or so. I know Phil is in a good place now. He fought courageously over the past two years. His life, the fun we had and warm inclusive embrace was something I shall always miss and take with me.

Love,

Bob Israel

My favorite memories of Phil are of a trip, he, Patrice, Chris and I took to NY city. I felt so safe with him there and he cracked us up all day and night. We went to the top of the Twin Towers and to Little Italy for dinner. These were my best NY moments (besides my sister Shelly's wedding there...). Whenever I think of NY, I think of Phil and that trip and even when I think about 9/11, I remember our time on top of that observation deck. Phil was my hero on that trip because I never...

Phil was a nice guy. I always remember him smiling and happy. So sorry he had to leave us early.

Lis & Bobby, Phil showed us how to really live life. How lucky you were to have him as a brother/brother-in-law. Hope he gets to go fishing soon.
Lots of love to you and the extended family.

I envision Philip's spirit soaring fast and free over beautiful land and glorious sea just as happy as can be.
