Phil was my spiritual leader, mentor and friend. His faith and dedication always inspired me to try harder and do better. I have many fond memories from the years of Bible Study and Sunday School classes. Phil will live on in our memories and thru the influence he had in our lives.

My thoughts and prayers are with Leah and family.

Phil was a fine Christian leader and a good friend of the church community in central Pennsylvania. We will all miss him.

Our prayers are with his family and friends as they celebrate his life.
