Not sure what to say?

Hello, My name is William Snyder. My mother, Rebecca Wagner Snyder, was married to the widower Dr. Philip Newman Sr., from about 1945 to 1950.
Rebecca was a nurse and they met in Hess's Department store when a customer fainted and both she, a nurse, and Dr. Newman attended the customer. They were married and Rebecca, me, my brother Edwin moved in with Dr. Newman and his two children Jane and Phil Jr. (known to us as Jimmy) at 1435 Hamilton St. Allentown. It was a great time of my life and...

Dear Wendy, my name is Brooke Hartman and I am sorry I could not attend Phil's services because I am in Assisted Living. I have known Phil since grade school, through Lehigh and affairs at our reunions. He was a good leader and when he accepted responsibility he made sure things got done. I will miss him very much at our coming reunion this spring.

Please accept my most heartfelt condolences. Rick Van Gurp

Jim, Cara, Amy, and Jill,
My deepest condolences on the passing of your father. I will carry great memories of Phil as a PIAA/Trident official, on the tennis court, in the pool with Masters Swimming, and with our two families at picnics and many events. He approached all his activities with a true jest and passion. Very competitive, and a lot of fun.
Best wishes.
Greg

My condolences to the family of Mr. Newman. He will be fondly be remembered by me. First as one of the Air Products retirees that did lunch at The Willows Restaurant on Friday lunch. Secondly from Brookside Country Club. Rest In Peace.

My deepest sympathy to all in the Newman clan. I have known Phil since I was nine years old. He was my counselor at Camp Miller on the Delaware River when I was nine. We reconnected at the time of my father's death. He was a fine gentleman. I shall miss his yearly greeting.

Wendy Please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of your precious Phil. I know how much you loved and admired him. May he rest in peace. Treasure the wonderful memories you have.

Cara and Dave,

We are sorry for your loss. You are in our prayers.
