I now have lived in Florida since my retirement at age 55 in 2003 from nysotda in NYC. I just now saw many years later the unfortunate passing of Phil. He was a great guy and attorney and always friendly. I am shocked he left us so young but I have many fond memories of him on his visits to NYC at 80 Centre Street where he started his career. God bless.
