We were sorry to hear of Phil passing. We were neighbors for some years long ago on Dewey St and when our son Rusty was a teen ager he worked with Phil at the Pharmacy. It was due to Phil's encouragement that Rusty got his doctorate at Albany college of Pharmacy and became very successful in Florida as director of several pharmacies and Ft. Myers Hospice. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
