Where do I start? ... First our thoughts and prayers for all his family and dear friends. Although its hard to see him gone, he is now with his better half Jackie! He spoke of her often. Memories of Phil are many, working with my husband back in the day, church gatherings, his hugs were endless, sharing drinks and laughs at the legion. He'd stop by house and tell me go take his car for a drive! We joked often, I loved him like a dad and a very dear friend! Going to miss you Phil!

I will miss you Pops! I Will Miss your teasing me Rattlesnake Phil. I want the family to know that even know I only new him the last 4 years. He will forever be in my heart . Prayers for all the Family!
