My condolences to the family. I enjoyed playing golf with Phil the 9 years I lived at Louisquisset and the 20 years I was a member of LCC. Phil was a fierce competitor but always a gentlemen. I fondly remember one October many years ago when I was honored to be invited by Phil to go to Boca to play golf with he and his two Armenian friends. Rest in peace, buddy!
