Not sure what to say?

I enjoyed working with Phil on cladding performance issues in the 80's. He was a real gentleman.

I'm an old friend of Phil's -- from the early days in the 1950s when we, Phil, Hal Lindberg, Paul Stoddard, Herb Bagamail and others, lived in a dormitory on Jadwin, across from TCPC, when we fist came to Richland. I'm sorry to see him go. My condolences to his family.

Though my memory is faint, more of Aunt Corinne than Phil, we will hold your father in our thoughts and prayers.

I'm very sorry to hear about Uncle Phil's passing. I have fond childhood memories of family times together with your family. Please know that I am thinking about you all during this time of sorrow for your loss and also in celebration of your father's long and meaningful life.

Please accept our sincere condolences in the loss of Uncle Phil. I always felt a close kinship with him because of our mutual interest in genealogy. May your many memories sustain you in your time of sorrow.
