I'm an old friend of Phil's -- from the early days in the 1950s when we, Phil, Hal Lindberg, Paul Stoddard, Herb Bagamail and others, lived in a dormitory on Jadwin, across from TCPC, when we fist came to Richland. I'm sorry to see him go. My condolences to his family.

Though my memory is faint, more of Aunt Corinne than Phil, we will hold your father in our thoughts and prayers.
