Philip Lance Parmley, 48, of White Haven, died Saturday, January 28, 2014 in Hazleton General Hospital, Hazleton.
Born in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of Jerry and Judy Davis Parmley, of West Chester and was a graduate of East High School, West Chester and did contract work at White Haven Center, White Haven.
Philip was preceded in death by his grandparents.
He is survived, in addition to his parents, by his sister, Tammy, West Chester and his Aunt Judy & Uncles Tom & Robert, and cousins John & Steve of Dayton, OH.
Services will be conducted at a time to be announced, at White Haven Center, Oley Street, White Haven.
