Rest in peace my Friend

may he rest in peace

Elliott and the Passantino family sending my condolences to you all on the passing of your father. Thoughts and prayers to you all

To the family and friends of Phil, my deepest most heart felt condolences to all of you! Phil spoke of his kids all the time. Even if he told me the stories repeatedly, I listened to him because his face lit up when he talked about his kids and their accomplishments. He had the biggest most caring heart. Phil you will be missed deeply by my family and I. Rest peacefully Phil! Blessings and love to you and your loved ones!

To Elliott and family you have my sincere condolences on the passing of your father sending all of you prayers and strength.

First, my condolences to the entire family. Phil was a kind, generous, good hearted man, in which, I had the pleasure of knowing. I will missed of our talks about life, the good old days, politics and much more. You will always hold a special place in my ♥. Rest in peace my dear friend. Evelyn-

With deepest sympathy. Philip was a gentle soul that touched many people with his unique ways of instructing all trainees with kindness and humility .

Phil was my birthday buddy, we share the same birthday. We always wis each other a happy birthday throughout the years when we worked together and every year after retirement. Phil was a wealth of knowledge from programs at work, suggestions on bikes and stereo equipment. Always brought up how we worked to move over the weekend into 80 Hamilton Ave on our birthday, Ed DeSantis gave us a cake during our dinner break, then kept working late into the night.
