I knew Phillip and Genia quite well ,we became friends after someone I knew recommended him for a job that I needed a structural engineer. He was brilliant and being a fellow Brit we hit it off and became good friends. I was there at his house after he became ill due to a brain tumour and witnessed his operation and recovery during the proceeding years . Genia was amazing with his recovery and we often met and shared some memorable times together. Alas they are both gone now but certainly not...

I miss Philip! He was a great engineer, witty and honest! I appreciated his expertise! He was a fine man to know and work for!

Phil was great! Excellent engineer! I enjoyed talking and working with him! I loved seeing him in working in his garden with his Welly's boots on!

Dear Genia,
Please know that we are thinking of you, Alexander, and Ariel at this very difficult time. We had the pleasure of knowing Philip for many years and always looked forward to seeing him at Mettler events or at George Pearson's office.
We hope that in time the many happy memories you have of Philip will brighten your days.
