To all who love Phil,
Mr. Phil Penepent was an exceptional man. He was nothing less than a generous, caring and loving man. I met Phil in Batavia N.Y. in 2004. I was homeless with a three year old son. I had been put up in a motel for a few days and I was miserable. I was searching for a small home where I could be safe with my baby. I made a call about a one bedroom apartment and explained my serious situation to phil over the phone. He drove to where I was temporarily staying and took me...

Mary Ann, Ed and Lucy, and the rest of the family, please know that our thoughts are with you. Remember that your father is now wrapped in the mantel of the Blessed Mother and is in peace. There are now two guardian angels, walking hand-in-hand, to watch over all of you. Mary Ann, remember that our Lady of Lourdes has a special spot for your Dad.
