Oh my gosh, I am so so sorry to hear this sad news. I met Phil and Janet over 30 years ago at Elite Fitness. I'll never forget Phil's 600+ deadlift. He weighed around 160lbs. soaking wet. He was incredibly strong and a very nice person. Janet still worked out while pregnant and soon David was born. The three never missed a workout. I'll miss seeing Phil and Janet crossing Westwoods road to get their mail. RIP

I have very fond memories of Phil digging up worms, insects and snails in our back garden and explaining all their details. He was so clever it was obvious he would do something spectacularly brilliant in the scientific field. Very proud to say he´s my cousin.
