Not sure what to say?

I think of Phil often. He had such an eventful life and was so interesting. I appreciate the work he undertook in order to research the Powers Family background.

Christmas 2007

Just a note to let you know that you have all been in my thoughts. I wish I could have been with you all. A Powers gathering in honor of Uncle Phil is memorable.

I enjoyed visiting with Phil. He had had such an interesting life and always had a unique way of expressing things. I appreciated all of the work he did to put together the Powers Family Genealogy.

I wish I could be at the service in
Grand Junction but I'll be there in spirit. Love to the family. Umpy

Philip and Carola were my in-laws. They were both wonderful. Phil was funny and engaging - a joy to have as a visitor in my home. He enjoyed my cooking and was liberal with his praise. I have not seen him in many years but he and Carola have remained in my thoughts. My sincerest condolences to Carola, Robert and the rest of Phil's family.

I have been very blessed to share in Phil's life, as a cousin, and an email buddy. I will miss him.
