Phil was the only person i have come in contact with my life that i was never able to get mad at. He always had something quick to say, or one of his classic one liners. He will be very missed. I know where ever he is, he's making every one there laugh and feel better about them selves..because thats what he was best at. The next time i play caribean poker..i'll be hoping to hit the Phil (the jack pot)

Our condolances.
My Mom and I would often go into Kendal Pond for a bite to eat. Phil always had a smile on his face and a kind word! He will be missed.

My Deepest Sympathy to the Pratt Family. I am so sorry for your loss. Phil was such a nice person. We will miss him at DMS.

To the Pratt family,
I am sorry for your loss. I work at ElectroCraft in Dover and Phil delivered our food each day. We always stood at the door waiting for the little black truck to arrive and would hold the doors open for him. He was always so friendly and was very proud of his grand daughter which he spoke of often. Each day when he would leave I would say "See you tomorrow" and he always had the same answer. "If the good Lord's willing and the creek don't rise!" I am going to miss him...
