I had the honor of being a charter member of Courthouse Rotary with Phil, and I was blessed to have had conversations with him, especially at his last Courthouse Rotary meeting. We sat on the front porch of TPC as he waited for his son to pick him up where he told me, with great pride, of his long relationship with Rotary. It was a privilege to have been able to have that conversation with Phil, and I will remember it, and him, always.
