Not sure what to say?

I'm so sad to find this out today. I talked to Phil last in October 2019 when I was moving out of Evergreen Farms. He was always so happy and helpful. He was such a nice guy and will be missed.

Once in a while a guy like Phil comes along, and that person was Phil. Phil was kind, helpful, wonderful to know. It is terriblr trdegy.

Rest in peace Phil and Matt our prayers are with you.

Our symathy to the family.

Friend and residents of Evergreen Farms

Phil was on his way to work at our Company when this happened. I met him and took an instant like to him. I am so sorry that I didn't get to know him better as I took an instant liking to him. Bless his family including Steve Kittle who is suffering greatly from the loss. God bless!

Phil was my late grandsons dearest friend, I loved him like agrandson.Phil was always there to help anyone in need.My heart is broken as it was the day Stevie passed. I know they are together now, and that helps.Have fun Phil and Stevie in heaven.

Diana, I am so very sorry. Please know that I am keeping your entire family in my prayers.

My deepest sympathy to your whole family. I think of you often especially when in a restaurant and I order "chalupas",truly.

May he Rest In Peace, my condolences go out to his entire family. Gone way too soon and such a blessing

Dear family! I had the privilege of growing up with Phil when he alongside Elizabeth while they were both volunteering and when I was a participant at youth challenge. I am beyond grateful for the times we had together as he frequently partnered up with me during many YC programs. My sympathy and condolences are with you all.

My deepest Sympathy and condolences to the to family and Diana. I got the pleasure of knowing Phil at Evergreen when he worked with John. He loved watching our sugar gliders and fish.
