Not sure what to say?

I knew Phil from our affiliation with General Accident Insurance. He was larger than life and is greatly missed.

I served with Phil from 1989-1991 on the Staten Island Boy Scout Executive Board when I was Aquehongian Lodge Chief and the youth representative to the Board. We became reacquainted when I rejoined the Board through business many years later. I am now President of the Board and behalf of all members, past and present it is with deep sadness that we extend our condolences to a man who gave so much of himself for the benefit of others. Rest in Peace, our Brother in Scouting, Mr. Philip Ressa.

I knew Philip during My years in the Mortgage business , and as a member of the Builders Association. He was a very decent man. We did often banter and take issue , whenever the time presented itself . I was a diehard fan of the Washington Redskkns and Phil a loyal and proud fan of the ny giants. My thoughts in his passing he be granted God´s peace.
