Not sure what to say?

Dear Richards Family,

The passing of Phil is truly a loss to his family, friends, and the community.

While we mourn his loss here, his family and friends beyond are rejoycing his return.

His many demonstrated courtesies and strengths shall not be forgotten and will live with us in memory.

It is comforting to know that we shall see him again.

People come and go throughout our lives and sometimes if you are really fortunate, you meet someone like Phil. He was an energetic, caring and humble man who touched many lives. Larry and I will always hold him in our hearts and be better people for knowing him.

I watched Phil do some remodeling on the cabin in Idaho. His tools and work area were always cleaned up and cleared away even if he was just going into town to buy some screws. What a gentle man. I am happy that I got to know him.

What a great man Phil IS. Always so positive and a great delight to be around. We will miss him greatly - whether in the ward, or at the cabin for the High Priest socials or wherever. Our love is with you at his time as we know you will be missing his presence even more.

John & Vicki: Phil was a very special person. He influenced the lives of many. When we think of Phil the words dignity, integrity, humility and compassion come to mind. He is in a very special place and we will miss him and yet look forward to the day when we can see him again. Our prayers are with you and all of your family. All Our Love Cliff, Karen and Melva Barborka
