My name is Alan Ward and I worked with Phil at Kennedys for many years. He was the manager of the Boy's shop and I was the buyer.
Phil was a great guy and everyone could count on him if they needed a task completed. I remember him with a toothpick in his mouth when he gave up the cigs.
