MOPH MEMORIAL DAY IN JACKSON, MI.

Philip J. Rosenberger also known by his friends as "Rosie". He was the Commander of the Jackson, Michigan Military Order of the Purple Chapter 799. He was a respected man who said what meant and meant what he said. My name is Ronnie A. Gainer and the Adjutant of Jackson Chapter 799. Rosie appointed me to be his Adjutant shortly after I became a Life Member. He also prepared me for the Michigan MOPH Conventions each year. Everything I have learned from him made me a better man. Thank...

To this day, I still consider Rosie my big brother. Even though I did things the hard way, the values he taught, I still remember. I still remember when he picked me up from middle school in the state police car. I still remember going with him to the weigh station. I remember breakfast at busy b cafe. I remember trips to the camera store. I remember pancake breakfast at the American Legion and Christmas gatherings at the Legion. I remember the parade, what I think was a train and the cannon....

Enjoyed working Bingo with him and loved his stories!
Rest in peace, Rosie.

Thank you for your service Rosie!
I always enjoyed talking with you.
