I knew Phil from the Captains Club and the Greater Jacksonville Kingfish Tournament. He was very active in both and was known for his great voice at the Kingfish tournament. He loved the Jr. Angler tournament as he would talk to all the Jrs. on the radio for hours. He would answer all their questions to ensure every Child would remember that tournament. He is still missed by many who knew him.

It has been four years since you left us dad, four years Just before my birthday 2020 and it feels like yesterday. I feel very blessed to have known him. The last time we share time together. He and I shared stories of Out on the Ocean he and I both have a love for the ocean.
